Billing
- We do not currently provide direct billing coverage
- Payment details (credit card) will be taken when booking your physiotherapy tele-rehabilitation treatment session online
- The receipt provided can be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company, ICBC, or to the government (MSP)
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session rate
